Several Apple TV owners around the world are using Twitter to complain about the problem that is hurting these days the device’s ability to play YouTube videos through the internet section of the main menu.
When you look, in fact, play a video, the screen is returned to the following string:
No content was found. There is a problem communicating with YouTube. Try again later.
The problem seems to be the backend and then cover with Youtube and Google is not the Cupertino company. Seem to be especially affected by this problem connected users from Japan, Australia, Canada and several European countries, including the United Kingdom, Scotland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, Denmark, Romania, Argentina and Croatia. In the U.S., however, the problem seems to persist, although the first reports come from their own states.
We tested the functionality on our Apple TV: we did not encounter any problem and we were able to easily navigate through YouTube and view any movie. It therefore seems to be an isolated problem that concerns all users.
