Samsung in terms of display size within the proposed market has virtually every type of solution or nearly so, from 3 inches to 4.65 (Galaxy Nexus) to 5.3 (Notes) across the entire range of the tablet that span virtually every diagonal this segment. Since the last patent on 7 April, the Korean company might be in developing a further device ever made as we can see in the image.
A dual-screen Galaxy Tab might not be making so unlikely to come to mind competing solutions such as Sony Tablet P spanning the same type design, with the difference that in this case the display are two 7-inches each, closed clamshell and a kind of remote controller / wireless device that could adapt the multimedia capabilities.
A product that could be addressed business users, through the use of a virtual keyboard as regards the lower display and the main screen as regards the upper display. With partnership with Microsoft, Samsung might want to adopt Windows 8 for the tablet.
